Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for PVOD and TVOD campaigns.
- Secure studio approvals and coordinate internal resources for timely campaign delivery.
- Drive initiatives to maximize user acquisition and transactional growth.
- Ensure timely sourcing and distribution of promotional materials from studios.
- Maintain and optimize the digital repository (VU Content Marketing Portal) for affiliate access.
- Create and manage e-blasts and presentations to keep affiliates informed and engaged.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly strategy presentations and regular catch-ups with key affiliates.
- Build strong relationships to understand client needs and align promotional efforts.
- Be part of developing planning and monitoring partner campaigns in US and Canada to support the Affiliate Marketing operations
- Responsible for sourcing relevant marketing materials from a variety of content supplier sources to support film and TV marketing campaigns
- Create content-led PowerPoint presentations
- Create eblasts/newsletters through an email service provider such as Mailchimp or Pardot to create email templates for external communication with affiliates
- Work closely with the Marketing Managers and content owners across upcoming slate of film and TV releases
- Work closely with the internal operations teams to ensure partners marketing assets needs and campaign deadlines are met on time
- Ensure regular social media audits are conducted across customer social and online channels and input into monthly highlights presentation
- Handle ad hoc partner requests such as delivering logos images videos guidelines and responding to queries regarding the marketing toolkits
- Act as brand and content IP guardian following brand and content guidelines in partner and content marketing executions
- Proven marketing experience in the entertainment industry with a strong focus on Film and TV.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders or external agencies ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives.
- Client-facing experience including building and maintaining strong affiliate and partner relationships.
- Track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strategic planning and execution experience including campaign development and performance analysis.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) for reporting presentations and planning.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Pardot Mailchimp) and CRM tools.
