Could you be the full-time Project Installation Manager in Katowice were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project installation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside passionate motivated and dedicated teammates.

Youll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push installation projects forward. Day-to-day youll manage costing schedules enable those around you to excel and much more.

Youll specifically take care of planning and managing all Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation (trackside and/or onboard) in close cooperation with the Project Manager the Installation Engineering and Design activities. You will also possess end-to-end accountability at the project level from Quality Cost and Delivery (QCD) and performance points of view for the scope while ensuring the application of EHS policies local regulations and professional standards.

Well look to you for:

Leading and coordinating project installation site activities including site facilities resource planning and site access

Managing the installation works for M&U signaling equipment and related performance including monitoring and leading actions on planning risks opportunities best practices non-conformities and technical interfaces

Managing subcontractors including monitoring quality and delivery through site visits coordination meetings inspections and assessments

Coordinating the installation engineering team for the assigned scope

Ensuring compliance with EHS policies through site inspections people assessments and more

Driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with project objectives
