What you will do
- Lead end-to-end market research projects (quantitative & qualitative) to understand trends demand signals and customer preferences across key markets.
- Develop structured industry analyses such as market sizing segmentation and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making.
- Monitor global trends in ticketing and live entertainment including consumer shifts emerging formats seasonality patterns and creator/partner landscapes.
- Proactively identify high-potential categories and business opportunities working hand-in-hand with leadership.
- Maintain and evolve internal research frameworks dashboards and trackers to support strategic initiatives and daily operations.
- Own market intelligence reporting ensuring business teams have a clear up-to-date point of view on key markets categories and competitors.
- Translate complex information into useful and actionable insights tailoring communication to stakeholders at different levels.
- Act as an internal expert on designated markets or categories staying ahead of everything new cool and relevant happening in the experience economy.
About you
- Degree in Engineering Economics Business or a related field
- 4 years of relevant experience in market research business intelligence economic research strategy consulting or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets structure ambiguous problems and provide clear strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to transform insights into compelling narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and commercial teams.
- Autonomous resourceful and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion and curiosity for culture entertainment and live experiences; you naturally stay informed about whats happening in the experience economy.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional languages (French German Portuguese) are a plus.
