Warehouse Coordinator
Your main responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization management and efficient operation of warehouse facilities and inventory systems. This role serves as a key operations professional managing material handling inventory control equipment maintenance and logistical coordination for field operations. The position balances administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations supporting service delivery across all department functions while maintaining compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory control and housekeeping.
- Pick pack and stage materials tools and equipment for field technicians and project start-ups.
- Monitor stock levels process purchase requisitions and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and consumables.
- Arrange and execute deliveries to job sites selecting safe and efficient routes and operating company vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory fleet vehicles rental equipment and safety devices in SAP and MS Office.
- Support health and safety initiatives ISO requirements and company quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Partner with supervisors and field teams on special projects and process improvements.
What you bring
- Post-secondary education preferably in a technical or logistics-related field.
- Valid appropriate drivers licence.
- Experience in a warehouse logistics construction or field service environment is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP or similar ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting loading/unloading and standing/walking for extended periods.
