We are currently looking for a dedicated Warehouseperson who will be responsible for general shipping/receiving and warehousing duties at our facility in Grande Prairie.If you are a safety conscious team player self-motivated and detail-oriented Finning may be the opportunity for you.
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Picking customer and branch parts orders
Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
Sorting and binning incoming stock
Loading and unloading of the parts trucks
This is a Monday to Friday (5x2) Shift Schedule
**Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**
Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12
Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills
Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision
TDG and WHMIS certification coupled with forklift training will be considered assets
Previous warehousing and core inspection experience as well as computer literacy are also desired
Forklift training and experience working with radio frequency and bar coding technology would be assets
A strong commitment to safety is imperative
