Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for Journeyman / Master Certified Technicians!

Location: Oak Lawn IL
Schedule: Full Time (5 days week)
Pay Scale: $47 per flat rate hour (BOE ASE Certifications and/or Training)

$10000 sign-on bonus for top-tier certified technicians!

Responsibilities: 

• Perform advanced diagnostics maintenance and repair on Stellantis diesel vehicles 
• Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
• Utilize the latest Stellantis diagnostic tools software and service equipment
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every repair
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs 
• Document all repair and maintenance work performed including parts used and labor time
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues repair options and estimated completion times
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications :

• ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools equipment and software
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (min 3 years) 
• Must be willing to submit a background screening
