Job Summary
This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Our residents do NOT require skilled care therefore your CNA job is a little different here:
What Youll Do:
At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF) CNAs play a big role in helping our residents feel safe supported and on track with their psychological rehab and recovery goals. Youll be part of a close-knit behavioral health team that truly cares and works together every day.
- Support Guests with daily care and encourage healthy routines
- Help create a calm positive and respectful environment
- Work alongside nurses therapists and coordinators as part of a strong care team
- Be a steady friendly presence residents can count on and help de-escalate behavioral issues

Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in IL
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful but not required
