Allied Reliability is seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for one of our premier clients in the Raleigh NC area for contract roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Perform installation troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of maintenance activities performed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure that the workplace complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting production.
- Assist in the training of junior maintenance staff and apprentices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or an associates degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with industrial machinery and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules and techniques.
- Experience with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

- Applicants must be authorized to work within the United States without sponsorship.
