YourLiebherrCareer Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities)

• Analyze and manage daily schedules and assigned work orders/maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Oversee CMMS preventative maintenance program for production equipment including life cycle analysis monitoring repair and reporting/record keeping.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained in safety protocols technical skills and departmental functions.
• Maintain and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Compile and analyze operational test and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.
• Maintain OSHA regulatory compliance within federal state and local laws.
• Regularly coach and follow-up with employees ensuring performance meets department and company standards/expectations.
• Maintain CMMS system including all new and existing equipment detailed records equipment repairs and performance.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to align maintenance activities with production goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering industrial technology or a related field with 35 years of industrial maintenance experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education. 12 years in a supervisory role; strong expertise in mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems preferred.

Supervisory Duties:

• Directly supervise 10-15 maintenance technicians.
• Responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of the maintenance team.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Occasional overnight/extended travel national and international as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license and passport.
