What Youll Be Doing:

Dive into a variety of HCV program activities and think processing applications screening participants and keeping everyones eligibility up to date.
Prepare contracts lead briefings and verify information like a pro all while following HUD regulations and our high-performance standards.
Handle the nitty-gritty and the big picture: eligibility checks leasing annual re-certifications interim changes participant moves rent adjustments HAP contracts portability hearings and terminations.
Be a key point of contact for participants helping ensure their experience with the program is smooth supportive and compliant.
