This position primary location is Jelenia Gora. Other Valmet main locations may be considered.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will have a key position in developing managing and scaling Valmets Maintenance Master Data product globally.
You will work closely with our area organizations delivery teams and technology teams to enhance the quality consistency and value of maintenance master data throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities include:
Developing the Maintenance Master Data product portfolio ensuring alignment with customer needs and maintenance data quality requirements
Defining and improving master data standards templates and governance models across all service scopes
Driving digitalization of master data processes including data collection classification structuring and migration
Developing tools methods and documentation to support efficient project delivery and data lifecycle management
Supporting global sales cases by clarifying scope value and deliverables for Maintenance Master Data solutions
Collaborating with R&D Industrial Internet and Service Agreement teams to ensure seamless integration into digital services CMMS/EAM systems and customer workflows
Monitoring market trends customer requirements and emerging technologies to keep Valmets offering ahead of the industry
You will work in close cooperation with colleagues in Maintenance Development Service Agreements Industrial Internet and global delivery organizations.
Expectations for you
You are a business-oriented professional who understands how high-quality master data enables reliable maintenance digital solutions and lifecycle optimization. You enjoy turning complex information into scalable processes tools and clear customer value.
We expect you to have:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management Information Management or another relevant field or have gained equivalent competence through solid experience in maintenance data management or industrial service business
Several years of experience in:
Maintenance master data asset management CMMS/EAM systems or related data governance (e.g. SAP PM Maximo Infor EAM)
Creating quotes proposals or value cases for technical service offerings
Developing data models structures governance or large-scale data projects
Working in global delivery environments or cross-functional project teams
Industrial maintenance asset management or equipment knowledge
Creating standards templates or guidelines for complex technical data
Working with industrial B2B customers preferably in the process industry
To succeed in this role you have
Strong understanding of maintenance processes equipment structures maintenance BOMs preventive maintenance and industrial asset lifecycle
Confidence in value-based selling proposal creation and in supporting sales teams in technical-commercial work
Skills in project management stakeholder collaboration and structuring complex information
A proactive analytical mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to travel globally (approx.1030%)
Structured analytical and detail-oriented approach yet hands-on and pragmatic attitude when needed. You communicate clearly and enjoy balancing strategic development with practical execution
Experience from global matrix organizations digital maintenance solutions and data-driven service business is considered a strong asset.
