Job Summary

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities:Implements and evaluates the game management activities for the universitys athletic programs. Manages scheduling and setup of events official and visiting team coordination and pre-game half time and post-game promotions / announcements / music. Manages athletic event ticket sales. Coordinates and liaisons with appropriate departments coaching staff and university administrators. Assures compliance with NCAA and other applicable regulations. Provides support and assistance for Sports Information Director coaching staff and other athletics programs as required.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the Universitys mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
  2. A Bachelors degree is required.
  3. Experience in game management at the collegiate level is preferred.
  4. Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing database spreadsheet e-mail presentation graphics etc.) is required.
  5. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
  6. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
  7. Must possess a valid Texas drivers license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
  8. Must agree to the Universitys Employee Statement of Understanding.
