Responsibilities and Requirements
Elicitation & Analysis:Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across Warehousing Sales Logistics Finance and IT to understand and document current and future state and model complex business processes data flows and system a deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle including variations pricing stock code generation and refurbishment Management & Communication:Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team ensuring clear and consistent stakeholder expectations facilitate prioritization discussions and negotiate solutions that balance business value with technical :Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications (FSDs) and user stories with clear acceptance process maps data mapping documents (for APIs and system integrations) and use case the logic for complex business rules (e.g. client/vendor ID mapping stock code generation quality control checks).Solution Design & Validation:Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs and adhere to system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts: develop test plans create test cases coordinate with business users and track defects to that delivered features meet the defined requirements and business Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement system enhancement and operational efficiency within the current with industry trends in supply chain management ERP systems and API-led Domain Expertise RequiredThe successful candidate will have proven experience working on enterprise systems with the following specific functionalities:Product Information Management (PIM): Onboarding attribute management and handling complex product & Warehouse Management: Stock code logic inbound/outbound processes quality control batching and asset tracking (including IMEI/serial number management).Order Management: Order lifecycle fulfillment rules client/vendor mapping and integration with external systems (e.g. salvage systems refurbishment partners).API Integration: Designing and specifying requirements for real-time API integrations with third-party & Reverse Logistics: Managing the returns journey warranty assessment and & Audit: Understanding of data compliance (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and experience designing systems with full audit trails.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with a focus on supply chain logistics e-commerce or enterprise resource planning (ERP) analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex multi-faceted in process modeling tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart) and requirements management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).Strong SQL skills for data analysis and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical with API concepts (REST JSON) and tools (Postman) for testing and documentation.
