- Participate in the integration of changes delivered by internal and external providers.
- Define and maintain deployment plans for new versions ensuring platform stability.
- Diagnose and follow up on application incidents coordinating fixes and production releases.
- Provide second-level support to users and resolve operational issues.
- Implement monitoring processes and draft technical documentation for the team.
- Work closely with integrators and IT teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to system evolution.
- Participate in the 24/7 emergency support rotation.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science (DEC AEC or Bachelors).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in application support or system deployment.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments and databases (SQL Oracle etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Intellectual curiosity autonomy and initiative.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English*
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Jira Confluence ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of SCOM.
- Experience in the airline industry.
- Ability to write PowerShell scripts and automate tasks.
- Proficiency with databases (Oracle Microsoft SQL Server Sybase).
- Knowledge of Unix environments.
