Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including (but not limited to) flights hotels car rentals at least 2 weeks in advance of travel
  • Communicate all pertinent travel information to travellers in advance of the event including preparing advance perdiem requests
  • Working with Crew Schedulers and Production Managers to ensure that all information to ensure that all travel is booked effectively and in alignment with client budget/needs
  • Input all travel costs into DOME project management software ensuring that the information is fully complete and accurate before all deadlines
  • Work with finance team to answer all outstanding questions and update information to ensure that expenses are paid in a timely manner
  • Rotating on-call / after hours coverage for travel emergencies
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with proven ability to gather and input information accurately
  • Proven ability to work proactively in a demanding time sensitive environment both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience in Travel preferred
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Must be able to work a rotating schedule that could include both evenings and weekends.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
