Personal and Professional Development - We are committed to helping you reach your potential through training and Involvement - Generously supporting health charities youth and education opportunities is our passion and youre invited to be a part of Assurance TechnicianWere looking for a hands-on detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team and help ensure our HVAC/AHU products consistently meet quality this role youll perform inspections record findings from functional and safety testing and maintain accurate documentation helping to prevent defects and improve processes. Youll collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers supporting root cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that drive product successful candidates responsibilities will include:Perform incoming in-process and final inspections of HVAC/AHU equipment components parts and subassemblies. Support First Article Inspections Maintain detailed inspection reports checklists test results and compliance documentation. Identify document and report non-conformances using NCRs CAPAs or other quality tracking systems. Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) verify effectiveness through follow-up inspections. Calibrate and maintain inspection test and measurement equipment. Support containment actions to prevent non-conforming products from progressing or shipping. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers to investigate root causes and implement improvements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives lessons learned and quality reviews. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in lessons learned and quality ideal candidate for this position will have:Minimum 2 years of experience in production manufacturing assembly or quality roles. Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Quality Manufacturing Mechanical/Electrical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant inspection/quality experience that can be demonstrated. Ability to read and follow engineering drawings work instructions and specifications. Hands-on experience with manufacturing assembly or inspection attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook). Strong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn quality processes testing procedures and inspection standards.
