The Role:

Our Direct Care Coordinators develop manage and deliver optimised rosters for our Victorian workforce:

First point of contact for Direct Care delivery staff service brokerage providers and external agencies
Provide timely and customised support to our aged care customers
Rostering staff whilst considering customers unique service requirements and staff skills sets operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

Hybrid- Work from Home and from or our Bundoora office

Skills and Experience:

A positive can-do attitude with ability to engage with a range of customers and staff
Demonstrated rostering capabilities (in aged care advantageous)
Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Rostering systems Kronos (UKG) Alayacare HumanForce or other rostering systems
In Home Rostering knowledge highly regarded.
Knowledge of the SCHADS award - desirable but not essential
