Essential Duties: | 1. Coach at practices and games. 2. Recruit high school student-athletes. 3. Schedule games. 4. Organize practice plans. 5. Positively communicate with athletes. 6. Represent ECC well and in a professional manner as the head coach. 7. Attend ISCC and Region IV meetings. 8. Develop knowledge of NJCAA ISCC and Region IV regulations. 9. Provide game information to Athletic Department. |
