Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition& Talent and developmentprocesses includingsearchingforandidentifyingpotential candidates on social networks and creating shortlists.
Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings with prospects presenting vacancies clearly andprofessionally.
Assistin coordinating interviews managing the full recruitment process frominitialcontact to the preparation of the job offer andmaintainingaccuratecandidate records in internal systems.
Provide administrative and operational support onGDPRCompliancerelated activities ensuring documentation procedures and controls are updated and aligned with internalpolicies.
Collaborateonthe development and structuring of the companysSkills &CompetenciesMatrix including data gathering documentation and preparation of supportingmaterials.
Prepare reportspresentationsand dashboards to support decision-making within the HRteam.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitmentcomplianceand competency management processes.
Support and collaboratewithotherupcoming HRprojects.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree inHuman Resources Educationor related area
Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
Good English language skills (spoken and written
Experience in Recruitment area is valuable
Eligibility for professional intenship procedure by portuguese law
