Could you be the full-time Project Configuration and Change Manager (PrCCM) in Bangalore were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in configuration and change management to a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative detail-oriented and innovative teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in defining and implementing configuration and change management processes for projects ensuring seamless documentation and traceability. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Industrial Sourcing Supply Chain ILS C&W Validation) organize and manage project/product evolutions and foster alignment across stakeholders while maintaining a rigorous approach to traceability and reporting.

Youll specifically take care of planning and organizing Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings managing baselines and ensuring the implementation of retrofits with minimal availability impact but also support project priorities and deliverables through effective change coordination.

Well look to you for:

  • Ensuring the application of configuration and change procedures and instructions

  • Prioritizing engineering supplier production and customer change requests based on project delivery timelines

  • Collaborating with Planning Sourcing Supply Chain Industrial and Warranty teams for fleet retrofit implementation

  • Organizing and managing CCB meetings including collecting and verifying change requests and proposals

  • Maintaining configuration and change databases and ensuring traceability

  • Managing subsystem and project baselines while ensuring interface coherence

  • Issuing and following up on action plans change orders and change notices

  • Performing configuration verifications and issuing configuration KPIs

  • A degree in any engineering discipline

  • 1218 years of experience in a similar role within the rolling stock or automobile industry

  • General railway product knowledge

  • Proficiency in managing configuration baselines and change processes
