Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an IT solution company under leading global diversified trading company with a strong presence in the automotive industrial and consumer goods sectors with global presence through its many subsidiaries and operating divisions including over 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage group activities to create and move deals through the pipeline and achieve company targets
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Coordinate effectively with all departments
- Oversee overall sales activities
- Monitor and maintain client accounts
- Achieve targets set by management
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients. Apply creative approaches to achieve goals and targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (IT or ICT background preferred)
- 35 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles ideally within ICT or technology industries
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and maintain long-term relationships
- Skilled in preparing account plans proposals and delivering solution presentations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); Japanese language proficiency is a plus
- Positive attitude open-minded and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel as needed for client meetings
