Shared Services Manager

Were excited to offer an opportunity for a Shared Services Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service outcomes. Reporting to the Operations Manager youll help shape service delivery that truly makes a difference - supporting communities and driving operational excellence every day.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service outcomes across claims call centre operations and small works coordination.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders acting as the trusted point of escalation.

• Drive process improvements and champion innovation to keep us ahead of the curve.

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards.

• Foster a positive collaborative culture where people feel supported and empowered.

What Youll Bring

• Degree-level qualification in Project Management Property Management Facility Management Construction or similar.

• Proven management experience ideally within business process outsourcing or facilities/residential management.

• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to coach motivate and develop teams through change.

• Strategic thinking and operational excellence including KPI analysis and workforce planning.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
