Southlandis part of that journey and were looking for a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager help drive it forward.
In this role youll support the Store Manager to lead the team bring energy and purpose to every shift and help create a store culture that puts people first. Youll be actively involved in day-to-day operations championing excellence across stock standards and service while helping build a team thats ready to deliver great results and embrace whats ahead.
What youll be doing:
- Support the Store Manager to lead by example delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement
- Take a hands-on role in managing store operations merchandising and driving performance against sales targets
- Help create a safe inclusive and high-performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered
- Coach and develop team members building capability and a positive results-driven culture
What you bring:
- Previous retail leadership experience ideally in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- A proactive hands-on approach to store operations and team support
- Strong communication problem-solving and organisational skills
- A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence
