Line Operator Night Shift

Are you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands-on experience If yes join Marvin Composites in Fargo ND as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility.

In this vital Line Operator position youll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process expertly managing raw materials producing top-quality parts on our production line and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $20.00 / hr.

• plus $2.00 evening shift premium

relevant experience considered

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
• Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

• High school degree or GED
• Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success
• Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology
• Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
