Are you ready to take charge of international credit collections and make a real difference in a global organization As a Credit Controller youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth cash flow across multiple Fluke entities in the EMEA region. This is more than just a collections roleits about building relationships solving challenges and driving results that matter.
What Youll Do
- Take full ownership of accounts receivable across various EMEA legal entities.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to resolve complex collection cases.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely payments.
- Work independently with confidence prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Be the problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
What Makes You Successful
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical skills and above-average proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Experience with Oracle Financials is a plus.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Dutch MBO/HBO or equivalent in economics or business administration.
- 3 years of experience in international credit collection.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are a big advantage.
