LaSalle Americas has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President on our Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capital raising and capital formation efforts assist in developing strategies to secure investment capital and manage relationships with institutional investors family offices ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and other equity sources. Focusing on debt core core opportunistic and value-add investment strategies this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firms capital markets initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the real estate investment space. This role requires familiarity with the real estate investment landscape strong commercial acumen and communication of sophisticated investment strategies to senior-level executives. A Vice President level Relationship Manager would have significant market knowledge and the ability to manage high touch investor & fund capital raise and strategy with minimal guidance and oversight. The position can be based in Chicago or New York and travel is expected to be a few days a week on average.
