Key Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the online marketplace and resolving any issues related to transactions listings payments and deliveries.
- Review and monitor listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Support customers via multiple channels (email chat phone) to provide solutions and assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on marketplace guidelines new features and policy changes to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support e-commerce or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a variety of customer requests.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
Training:
- Duration: 10 working days 8 hours per day.
- Conducted in English.
- Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h depending on the group.
