Were on a mission to deliver a high-quality café experience to every customer every day (and have a little fun along the way) and we want the right people alongside us.This is a full-time role offering $30$33 per hour depending on experience. Youll be running the kitchen day-to-day often with one other chef and working closely with the café manager and owner to keep things smooth clean and consistent.Were serious about doing things properly but we also believe work should feel good. We keep things light we back each other and we love to have a laugh while getting the job done.What the role involves:- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare cabinet and menu food to high standards
- Manage food safety cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Assist with stock control ordering and menu pricing
- Design and innovate fresh cabinet ideas to standard
- Communicate clearly with FOH to keep service smooth
Were looking for someone who:- Has real experience leading or running a café kitchen
- Is confident working independently and making decisions
- Stays calm under pressure and keeps things tidy
- Is organised consistent and communicates clearly
- Has experience in a Cafe environment with hot line cabinet and catering background
- Is available for an immediate start
- Wants to be part of a well-run supportive team not just clock in and out
