Wither Hills is an icon of the New Zealand wine industry with our Cellar Door venue one of the most visited in the Marlborough Hills adjoining Restaurant is now on the lookout for an experienced and passionateSous Chefwho wants to be part of a fun committed and professional team.

Based in Blenheim and reporting to the Head Chef this is an excellent opportunity to work in a small team with a focus on quality safety food excellence culture and brand experience. We are open for lunch seven days and dinner on Friday & Saturday only.

Full time role (37.5 hour per week)

Hourly rate of $34 - $35.50 per hour negotiable

About You:
All you need to have to be successful are:
The passion for hospitality and world-class customer experience
At least three years experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen environment
The ability to work in a fast-paced quality driven hospitality environment

Experience with Food Control Plan rostering and financial management of a kitchen
The drive for wanting to be better every day and dont mind getting your hands dirty!
