Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Medihelps strategic expansion and infrastructure development projects.
- Coordinate project timelines and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with internal departments stakeholders to align deliverables with organizational goals.
- Prepare project reports documentation and progress trackers for management review.
- Assist in administrative support functions for the New Business & Strategy Division.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration Project Management or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles (experience in healthcare construction or corporate projects will be an advantage).
- Expertise in using ChatGPT and other Al tools for day-to-day work.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask work independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to contribute to the companys growth vision.
