About the role:
To design and develop an implementation plan for sustainable enhancement of non-farm livelihoods in urban and rural India.
Key Responsibilities:
The role holder is accountable for the overall project management of various skilling and livelihood initiatives focusing on e-learning platforms.
- Lead the E-Learning Platforms initiative for skilling and employment.
- Responsible for the development and management of the online skilling portal.
- Ensure the portal meets the needs of users and aligns with the skilling & employment programs goals and objectives.
- Work with partners to develop and design the portal that addresses the specific skilling needs of the users.
- Manage the content on the portal ensuring it is relevant up-to-date and engaging for users.
- Develop strategies to increase user engagement with the portal including marketing and communication activities.
- Manage the technical aspects of the portal including ensuring its functionality security and usability.
- Develop partnerships with organizations to provide online training and resources for users.
- Manage user data track user engagement and progress and provide regular reports to regularly upgrade the portal.
