Position Summary
We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Trader covering our market-making arm in the global digital assets market.
The candidate will be part of the global trading team working directly with the Head of Trading to help manage risk across the market-making books ensure efficient liquidity flow within exchanges and provide timely updates to counterparties.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and results matter
The candidate should be able to run multiple projects in parallel understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritize projects and tasks while ensuring alignment with the firms long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fields.
1 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in trading is required. Prior experience at a sell side firm as a trader in Digital Assets FX or Commodities is preferred.
In-depth understanding of market structure and liquidity
Familiarity with various execution algorithms and their differences
Strong interest in automation and technology with the ability to monitor markets and trading systems effectively
Experience in risk management is a plus
Experience working with DeFi protocols is a plus
Knowledge of systematic trading principles and techniques a plus
Experience in customer-facing role in trading-related function a plus
Skills / Abilities
Well-organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced high-demand environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Meticulous and highly numerate
Interest in and basic knowledge of the digital assets market is required
Highly motivated with the highest level of integrity
Determined and eager to learn in a highly intellectual innovative environment with resilience in high-pressure situations
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing tasks
Other Requirements
Willingness to work across multiple time zones and respond promptly to urgent matters when they arise.
