We are looking for a team player to take up the role as a Sales & Business Development Analyst to be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives in the smaller APAC markets playing a key role in developing regional sales strategies and leading the research of business intel and market trends to accelerate sales growth in the region.


As part of the APAC Sales Team you will also have the opportunity to work with our international colleagues to develop and improve our sales processes and internal systems. You will be a critical part of our sales ecosystem.


The opportunity


Working from our office in Singapore you will work closely together with the Sales Directors by providing them with up-to-date market intelligence and competitor knowledge to allow them to drive business and sales with confidence. You will also ensure smooth and efficient running of the APAC sales operations and will be involved in day-to-day customer support activities.


The primary tasks will include not limited to:

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand TP Aerospaces customer base within the smaller APAC markets.
  • Provide regular reports to the APAC Sales Team highlighting sales trends and market developments.
  • Identify market gaps customer fleet transition and/or renewal opportunities and quick-win sales opportunities.
  • Align with Sales Directors on sales strategies for key growth countries.
  • You possess knowledge of the airline industry with a strong passion for the commercial side of the business.
  • Work with the global team in the development and implementation of a CRM database.
  • Close collaboration in global initiatives to optimize internal sales operations processes.
  • Management of day-to-day sales operations activities.
  • You will be required to travel occasionally with an expectation of 30 travel days per year.



Qualifications:


We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Analyst who is aligned with the description below:

  • Educational background within IT business economics discipline or similar.
  • Experience and knowledge in the aviation sector. Having prior experience and connection with airlines and MROs is an advantage.
  • Solid grasp of basic financial principles and aerospace commercials.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CRM-like tools and systems.
  • Expert level in MS Excel and Power BI.
