What Were Looking For
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Previous experience in a customer service role ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in local language & intermediate/fluent English
  • Have a flexible and positive approach
  • Capability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations such as flight cancellations or service disruptions
  • As we employ on local contracts you will already hold full right to work documents for Italy
What will you do in the role
  • Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Servicethat meets the needs of ourcustomersand promotes ourbrand values.
  • Be Present - Greet our arriving customers at the start of their holiday supervising our third-party partner in delivering a friendly and efficient check-in and onboarding service offering helpful advice on the sales desk.
  • Take Responsibility - Ensuringspolicies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
  • Work as One Team - Working in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues thirdparty providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
