Job Summary

DeLaval is now looking for a Technical Support Specialist based in Hungary Budapest or Pest county with multi-country responsibility (Prime markets: Hungary and Bulgaria / Backup markets: Romania Czech and Slovakia). The position is part of the DeLaval EMEA cluster. Cluster EMEA continues to focus on supporting customers with innovative solutions to help drive the development of more sustainable dairy farms. Special attention is given to customers seeking productivity gains by using new technology and automation to analyse data for improved farm efficiency. Services to help customers get the most out of their equipment such as In-Service All-Inclusive are also important.

Purpose of role and key responsibilities
Technical Support Specialist trains and supports end-users DeLaval dealers and DeLaval own field employees in identifying and solving technical problems of DeLaval equipment in dairy this work he / she collaborates with various DeLaval teams locally and internationally.

Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role we see that you have:
University degree in electrics electronics mechatronics automation or in a similar technical field.
Good knowledge of the Hungarian language (to be able to communicate freely with clients and to be able to review translation of technical documentation).
Good knowledge of English (to be able to communicate with DeLaval support functions in Europe).
Ability to organize own daily work effectively (be able to determine priorities of own work based on guidelines and actual situation).
Good communication skills (be able to communication with colleagues in DeLaval and technical staff of dealers be able to influence priorities of colleagues).
Readiness to travel on business within the geographical scope mentioned above.
Valid B category driving license.
Good computer skills.
Desired experience in maintenance or fitting of agricultural or industrial machinery and serving customers in agriculture.

Experience in maintenance / fitting of industrial machinery and / or serving customers in agriculture is seen as an advantage.
