Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the order and safety management of the shipping site and the standardized management of the operation of logistics drivers;

  • Be responsible for the communication coordination and handling of abnormalities in the loading process in the factory;

  • Be responsible for the management of on-board materials such as the generation and management of consignment notes the issuance and management of certificates and manuals;

  • Be responsible for the on-site management 6S maintenance and inspection of the stationed carrier;

  • Be responsible for issuing dispatching instructions and managing the carriers transport capacity to ensure the timeliness of shipment;

  • Be responsible for the process and management of transport capacity in and out of the factory

  • Organize and guide the storage and delivery of finished vehicles ensure timely efficient and cocompliant storage of finished vehicles and be responsible for monitoring the achievement of production objectives and assessment results of the department;

  • Be responsible for controlling the overall operation of the department managing all businesses related to income and cost of the department and taking various measures to promote the achievement of profit objectives;

  • Promote relevant planning and construction track the progress and constantly improve the standardization process of the base;

  • Lead the construction of quality system safety system training system human resources management and warehousing culture of departments and constantly improve the management level.

Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree or above major in logistics is preferred

  • Strong language and communication skills strong sense of responsibility;

  • Familiar with geographical knowledge logistics management knowledge and legal knowledge

  • Familiar with office software.
