The Role
We are currently seeking skilled CWB Journeyman Welders for our fabrication shop in Fort Saskatchewan AB. Day and Night Shifts available.
Please note: This role is strictly for By-hand CWB Welders.
Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive wage with excellent hourly compensation
- Overtime after 8 hours per day.
- 6% vacation pay and 4% stat holiday pay on all regular hours.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding using FCAW and MCAW processes to CWB standards
- Interpret drawings blueprints and welding procedures
- Weld structural components and materials according to project specifications
- Ensure all welds meet or exceed CWB and internal quality requirements
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean safe working environment
Experience/Education/Qualifications
- Registered Journeyman Welder
- Valid CWB qualifications
- Current FCAW and MCAW tickets
- Previous experience in fabrication shop and/or field work
- CSTS 2020 Fundamentals (including WHMIS 2015)
- May be required to complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test for certain sites
- Must have or be willing to obtain necessary site-specific safety tickets and orientations
- Class 5 drivers license with reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
