Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft winning sourcing strategies.
Engage and inspire candidatesbe their first point of contact deliver exceptional care and ensure a seamless experience.
Qualify top talent for skill culture and motivation using innovative screening methods.
Build talent pipelines and keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and opportunities.
Source creatively from LinkedIn niche platforms referrals and social media to find hidden gems.
Collaborate globally with a US-based international recruiting team and hiring managers across the world.

What You Bring:

4 years of recruiting experience (technical & non-technical) with a knack for engaging passive candidates.
Proven success recruiting internationally for global organizations.
Outstanding networking sales and negotiation skills.
Hyper-organized adaptable and decisiveready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication in English at a C2 fluency level (other languages a plus).
Tech-savvy: familiar with cloud IoT AI Boolean search ATS and Excel.
Positive persistent and self-sufficientalways delivering world-class results.
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
