To help us with our mission we are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.

About the Role

As our Finishes Foreman youll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our project reporting directly to the Site Manager to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and supervise all finishes trades to meet Landmarks quality budget and program requirements.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors manage performance and resolve issues.
Oversee site logistics including deliveries crane/delivery boards materials handling and waste management.
Monitor safety and quality conducting checks in line with Landmarks QMS using iAuditor.
Manage project documentation design issues and defects through Procore to maintain compliance.
Review design changes subcontractor invoices and costs to protect project budgets.
Liaise with the Site Manager to report progress address program risks and ensure timely delivery.

About You

Experienced Foreman / Finishes Foreman with circa 6 yrs experience in the residential apartment space.
Proven track record delivering quality finishes in the class 2 space within recent years on projects $50m to $100m in value.
Strong understanding of the DBP Act Australian standards Building Code and all compliance items.
Good with safety quality documentation and being a key person on site to manage works and support sub-contractors to deliver well.
Able to schedule work order materials and run your section in a professional and efficient manner with no cutting corners.
