Key Responsibilities:- Providecomprehensive pre- and post-transplant carefor patients with advanced heart failure.
- Assist in managingmechanical circulatory support devices(LVADs ECMO etc.) and post-transplant immunosuppression.
- Perform patient evaluations diagnostic assessments and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with transplant surgeons and cardiologists inrounding patient management and procedural assistance.
- Educate patients and families on transplant procedures medications and long-term care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research efforts to advance cardiac transplant outcomes.
Qualifications:- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in Maryland (or eligible for licensure).
- Prior experience in cardiac surgery transplant critical care or cardiologystrongly preferred.
- Expertise inpost-transplant care mechanical circulatory support and advanced heart failure managementa plus.
- Strong clinical skills ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment topatient-centered care.

Salary Range: Minimum 55.81/hour - Maximum 86.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
