Responsibilities
- Engage with leads via phone email chat or text to schedule appointments
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits
- Enter customer information into the CRM to ensure accurate follow-up
- Use the CRM for all customer interactions keeping BDC staff updated on status
- Utilize CRM retention tools to engage potential buyers and solicit business
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct business through various channels including email phone and in-person appointments
- Collaborate with management to finalize sales secure financing and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience including strong CSI performance
- Prior automotive sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated team player with a positive can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:$80000.00 - $200000.00 per year
