Our focus is on intensive care medicine anesthesiology and infectious diseases.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Director Sales to join our commercial team in Aachen. As a member of our diverse sales & marketing department you will play a key role in establishing our products on the different markets and contribute significantly to the sucess of our products and company.
Your tasks & responsibilities- Develop the sales strategy in close cooperation with marketing and the SVP Commercial
- Implement the commercial PAION Pharma strategy into the assigned territory
- Recruit coach and manage the KAM-team for the assigned territory including KPI-setting and steering to hit yearly targets and creating a winning team
- Provide monthly reporting on the sales development incl. route cause measurement and improvement plans
- Provide monthly up to date rolling forecast for the assigned territory and products
- Identify opportunities and develop those into revenue
- Customer relationship management incl. the implementation of a CRM system
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in commercial and/or life science
- Min. 3 years experience in a role as sales manager and leading teams
- Strong sales skills and proven track record in commercial success
- High degree of initiative resilience and structured way of working
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales incl. working as a KAM
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance rules
- Business fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to adapt communication to diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
- International experience and knowledge would be a valuable asset
