About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to reshape and truly revolutionise the veterinary care market across Europe. As Proposition Development Senior Manager you will develop innovative insight-led products and propositions that improve the experience for pets pet owners and veterinary professionals while creating significant commercial value.

One of two key roles in this space you will translate customer insights into differentiated commercially effective offerings that drive engagement loyalty and sustainable growth. From Wellness Plans to client acquisition products dental services and fixed-pricing models your work will directly shape how MVH Europe attracts serves and retains customers.

By bridging customer insight with business strategy you ensure MVH Europe delivers high-impact propositions that meet evolving needs and strengthen relationships across all key segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer-focused propositions for pet owners (B2C) and/or veterinary professionals (B2B) including subscription services such as Wellness Plans.

  • Conduct and interpret market and customer research to understand evolving expectations and behaviours.

  • Define and articulate differentiated value propositions that position MVH Europe competitively in the market.

  • Collaborate with Operating Units Central Operations Medical Finance and Data & Analytics teams to shape go-to-market plansincluding proposition structure pricing deployment and promotion.

  • Partner with the Brand & Campaign team to create compelling messaging and communications across channels.

  • Establish and monitor proposition performance metrics (e.g. penetration acquisition retention referral rates satisfaction revenue growth profitability).

  • Continuously optimise propositions using performance insights customer feedback and market trends.

  • Ensure clinical operational and brand alignment throughout proposition development.

  • Support business case development to assess commercial viability and ROI of new or enhanced propositions.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market-leading innovative offerings.

Context & Ways of Working

You will operate at the intersection of customer insight business strategy and cross-functional execution. Working closely with teams across MVH Europe including Operations Medical Finance Data & Analytics and Brand you ensure propositions are commercially viable operationally feasible insight-led and clinically aligned.

Success in this role requires navigating a complex stakeholder environment balancing multiple channels and translating data into actions that drive meaningful business and customer outcomes.

Experience required

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Strategy Customer Experience or a related analytical field (e.g. History Psychology).

  • Masters degree MBA or equivalent experience (preferred).

Experience & Expertise

  • 5 years experience in proposition development customer experience product development or marketing strategy.

  • Proven success designing and launching propositions that drive customer engagement and commercial results across multiple European markets.

  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing financial modelling and ROI assessment.

  • Deep knowledge of customer insight segmentation and journey mapping.

  • Experience collaborating across medical operational marketing legal and finance stakeholders.

  • Understanding of industry trends competitor landscapes and regulatory considerations.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced complex environments.
