An Outstanding Multi-Academy Trust in Reading is recruiting a HR Advisor to start in January 2026. This is a permanent full-time role supporting several schools across the Trust ideal for a confident HR professional seeking to broaden their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This highly successful Trust educates over 5000 students across primary and secondary academies. Ofsted consistently recognises the Trust for its strong leadership exceptional support systems and commitment to staff development.
Based in Reading the central HR team offers an exceptionally high standard of service. The HR Advisor will work collaboratively with school leaders providing guidance on recruitment employee relations absence policies and workforce planning. The Trust is well-resourced with modern HR systems excellent digital processes and a strong commitment to compliance.

Experience working in HR at Advisor level or progressing from Officer level
Strong knowledge of ER casework HR policy and employment law
Understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment
Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
CIPD Level 5 preferred; Level 3 considered
Salary will be paid to scale in line with Trust and local government pay frameworks.
