The HR team is well-established and plays a key strategic role. As HR Advisor you will support recruitment cycles conduct ER casework manage absence procedures ensure policy compliance and contribute to staff training initiatives. The school uses a modern HRIS and maintains excellent administrative systems including a fully compliant SCR and digital onboarding processes.

HR experience at Officer or Advisor level
Strong understanding of ER processes and employment law
Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
CIPD Level 5 desirable
