Job Summary

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant Manager(m/w/d)
Tasks
- Prepare analyze and monitor monthly quarterly and annual budgets forecasts and financial reports
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records (HGB IFRS) in cooperation with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Manage VAT and other tax-related topics ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations and support external audits.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow payment processes and banking transactions.
- Review and approve invoices contracts and expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with regional and HQ finance teams on reporting internal controls and process improvements.
- Support distributor bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Contribute to the development of internal financial policies procedures and digitalization initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- 7 years of accounting experience including 23 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish tax and accounting regulations IFRS HGB and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
