Position: Client Site Manager

Job Description:
- Were looking for a proactive communicative Client Site Manager to be based onsite at our clients Hyderabad office.
- You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the clients hiring managers and our internal technical and talent teams ensuring smooth recruitment coordination onboarding and ongoing support for team members at the client site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers HR tech leaders and operations teams.
- Manage scheduling follow-ups update calls - ensure timely coordination and transparency.
- Translate technical JDs (Java Microservices React Cloud Data iOS/Android QA Automation etc.) for the recruitment team and work with delivery leads / SMEs to refine them.
- Review candidate profiles track progress and align candidate skills with client expectations.
- Prepare candidates for interviews - analyze skill gaps give guidance and ensure readiness.
- Participate in interview panels (internal and client) coordinate interview scheduling offers and onboarding.
- Conduct Day-1 induction and follow up through the first 90 days for seamless assimilation.
- Maintain JD and onboarding trackers; escalate risks early.
- Maintain dashboards for KPIs (offer-to-join ratio hiring timelines resource status) and share regular reports with stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements based on feedback and hiring trends.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 10 years of experience in IT recruitment coordination client-facing HR or onsite client management (experience in large enterprises/MNCs is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English Telugu or Hindi.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Java Cloud React Mobile QA automation etc.) and ability to engage at both technical and managerial levels.
- High ownership mentality proactive follow-up and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Bachelors degree in HR / Business / IT / Engineering is required; MBA is preferred.
