Qualification - Any Graduate or Business administration
Experience - 2Yr 3Yrs / 4Yrs 6Yrs of core experience in Retail Distribution Centre/Retail Industry respectively

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:
- Coordination in warehouse operations on day-to-day basis
- Inward and Outward operations
- Responsible for operations and documentation.
- Knowledge of WMS
- KPI Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
- Team handling and stakeholder management.
- Co-ordinate with the team members & Drivers.
- TAT maintaining (Turn Around Time)
- FIFO (First In First Out)
- Physically stock checking day to day & Inventory.
- Documents and Reports (Daily report Weekly report Monthly report)
Organization Exposure:
- Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

- Self-motivator/starter
- Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong listening written and oral communication skills.
- Should have ability or aptitude to learn technical applications.
