Job description

Role & responsibilities

Experience in end-to-end claims handling in General Liability Auto Motor or Direct Insurance (Exposure in multiple insurance business lines)
Experience in International markets (US UK preferably) - Domestic experience will not be considered.
More than 18 months in team handling (as a Team leader Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager on papers)
Overall experience of 7 years for AM & 9 years of DM
Well versed with KPIs SLA Shrinkage Attrition People management & performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

1. The ideal candidate should have exposure working for multiple insurance lines including

General Liability
Auto insurance
Motor insurance
Direct insurance

2. Strong people management & domain knowledge in insurance.

3. Experience in total loss or subrogation will not be considered
