Duties and Responsibilities:

Does Recci to gather accurate information on layouts & dimensions

Plan design & ideate AutoCAD plans (2D & 3D) & drawings for various events like

exhibitions conferences etc.

Be involved with & contribute to brainstorming whenever required.

Work closely with client servicing managers/project managers/production team to meet

design targets for projects and tenders in a concise and timely manner.

Typical detail drawings for area layouts electrical trusses etc.

Creativity to think out of the box and execution excellence to achieve desired goals.

Coordinate with team and multitask on projects.

Dedicated attention to detail.

Prepare CAD drawings as per project specifications

Should usually be on time to meet agreed upon deadlines

Should upskill & develop oneself to finding new possibilities new techniques & ways to

enhance time & product

Designs / layout should be created basis knowledge of production material availability and

real-world possibilities

Ensure self-development on current trends design market software knowledge &

technology available at the event space

Should participate in all the periodic updates and shares progress on individual deliverable

Should be proactively prepared for project and client meetings

Ensure high quality creative & design output

Emails and texts should almost be accurate

Data directory is intuitive should clearly be classified as per clients projects and versions

and should be accessible and comprehendible by other members of the team

Should actively seek out new trends technologies and client preferences. Consistently

demonstrates a proactive approach to adapting to changes in the evolving events industry.

Should be willing to upgrade knowledge and sharing of new software tools technologies and

platforms for events

Required Experience/Skills:

Should be fluent with AUTOCAD

Familiarity with facilities layouts

Understanding the event conventions

Strict attention to details

Ability to interpret blueprints sketches and diagrams

Advanced presentation and layout skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Teamwork - Ensures flow of information during all aspects of project.

Sound knowledge of soft skills for lighting camera angles & line of sight

Ensure speed and efficiency of work

Should be dedicated towards work and organization

Experience Requirement:

8 - 10 years of relevant experience in an Event Management / Exhibition company is essential

Education:

Must hold a Bachelors Degree Post-graduation not necessary

Must hold Draftsman Civil Diploma
